    人生難得平常の心......

    人生不如意事,十常八九,皆因貪、嗔、痴等無明而起,不明道理,不信因果法則之故。

    學佛乃學習去除此等習氣,希望能增長智慧面對人生,若能以平靜的心態去面對煩惱,

    撫心自問,自己為何嬲怒,探索自己煩惱的本源,思維因果,自然較易面對不如意事。

    其實,人們的煩惱,多來自計較分別,別人犯錯,自己愛批評,愛做法官,愛分別計較。

    須知道:心胸狹窄,易發脾氣 …… 等等習氣乃人之常情。

    所以對別人的缺失,應多包容、體諒。對不如己意之人、事、物等,嘗試不以自己的利害角度為出發點,

    平心靜氣觀察、分析事件的真正原因,以正確的態度與方法處理之,事件自然容易解決。

    事件過件後,心中別再牽掛,心境自然平靜。若不滿意面前的果,則應積極努力修因,將來自然可以改果。

    當然要改果修因,決非一朝半日之功可成,學佛須有長遠心,學佛必須有慈悲,慈悲必須有智慧。

    有慈悲、有智慧、有定力的人,無論面對如意、不如意事時,皆能安然自得,煩惱不生。
